1/3 c HERSHEY’S COCOA -SEMI-SWEET CHOCOLATE CHIPS
1/3 c BUTTER or MARGARINE, melted 3 pk CREAM CHEESE (8 oz. each),
In medium bowl, combine the -softened
-crumbs, powdered sugar, 1 (14 oz.) can EAGLE BRAND
-cocoa -SWEETENED CONDENSED MILK
And butter or margarine. (NOT evaporated)
-Press firmly on bottom of 4 EGGS
-(10-inch 2 ts VANILLA EXTRACT
Springform pan.
