Tangy Italian Cheese Bread – Butter Busters ^

Ingrients & Directions


6 ea Sl (1oz) French bread, -cheese
-toasted 1 ea Tb minced fresh parsley
2 ea Tb Weight Watchers nonfat 2 t Minced fresh basil
-Caeser dressing 1/4 c Nonfat Parmesan cheese
1/2 c Grated nonfat mozzarella

Place bread slices on a broiler rack. Brush top side of each bread
slice lightly with salad dressing. Sprinkle cheeses, parsley and
basil evenly over bread slices. Broil 6″ from heat until cheese
melts. Serve immediately. Per serving: 113 cal., 1g fat (8%), 3mg
