Raisinets & Quaker Oats Cookies

Ingrients & Directions


1 c Flour 1/2 ts Vanilla extract
1/2 ts Baking soda 1 Egg
1/2 ts Salt 7 oz Raisinets
1/4 ts Cinnamon 1 c Oatmeal
1/2 c Butter — softened 1/2 c Nuts — chopped
3/4 c Brown sugar

Preheat oven to 375. In small bowl, combine flour, baking soda, salt
and cinnamon; set aside. In large bowl, combine butter, brown sugar
and vanilla; beat until creamy. Beat in egg. Gradually add flour
mixture. Stir in raisinets, oats and nuts. Drop by slightly rounded
tbsp onto ungreased baking sheets. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes. Allow
to stand for 2 minutes before removing from cookie sheets. Cool
completely.
