Pudding Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingrients & Directions


1 c Butter or margarine; (2
-sticks)
1/4 c Granulated sugar
3/4 c Brown sugar
1 Box instant pudding (vanilla
-or choc is good); (4
-serving)
2 Eggs
1 ts Vanilla
2 1/4 c Flour
1 ts Baking soda
1 pk Chocolate chips; (peanut
-butter if using choc
-pudding)

Heat oven to 375 degrees. Beat butter, sugars, pudding mix (dry), eggs and
vanilla in large bowl with electric mixer on medium speed until light and
fluffy. Mix in flour and soda. Stir in chips. Drop by teaspoonfulls 2
inches apart, onto ungreased cookie sheets. Bake 10 minutes or until golden
brown. Remove from cookie sheets and cool on wire racks.
