1 cn Pet milk 1 cn Crushed pineapple drained
3 c Sugar 2 ts Lemon juice
2 tb Butter

Combine milk, sugar and butter. Heat to boiling point. Add crushed
pineapple and cook 236F for about 25 minutes stirring constantly.
Cool. Add lemon juice and beat until crystalization begins. Pour into
greased pan. Cut in squares…
