Macadamia Nut Fudge

Ingrients & Directions


The dark chocolate inthe -coarsely chopped
-fudge contrasts 3/4 c Sweetened condensed milk
-beautifully with the rich 1 t Vanilla
Macadamia nuts. 1 c Chopped macadamia nuts
8 oz Semisweet chocolate,

In double boiler set over hot water and heat chocolate with the
condensed milk until melted. Stir in vanilla, and the nuts. Spread
fudge into foil lined 8×4 inch loaf pan. Refrigerate for at least 3
hours or until firm. Remove from pan and peel off foil. Cut into
small pieces. Makes about 1-1/4 lb. Origin: Canadian Living, December
