Knack-knick (chocolate Icebox Cookies)

1 c Margarine — softened
1 c Cocoa
1/2 c Sugar
1 lg Egg
1/2 c Sweet red wine
1/2 ts Vanilla or rum
4 c Crusehd vanilla wafers
(about 50)

Cream the margarine and sugar. Blend in the cocoa. Add the remaining
ingredients in the order given. Roll the mixture into one or two long
sausage shaped rolls and wrap in waxed paper. Freeze for 2 hours, then
slice into 1/4 inch rounds. No cooking is req
