Japanese Fruit Pie

Ingrients & Directions


1 ea Cube margarine,melted,cooled 1/2 c Chopped dates
1 c Sugar 1/2 c Coconut
2 ea Eggs,beaten 1/2 c Chopped nuts
1/2 ts Vinegar 1 ea Unbaked pie shell
1 ts Vanilla extract

Combine margarine,sugar,eggs,vinegar and vanilla in bowl.Mix well.
Stir in dates,coconut and nuts.Pour into pie shell.Bake in 300 degree
oven for 45 to 50 minutes or until brown.Makes 6 to 8 servings.
