Healthy Banana Cookies

Ingrients & Directions


3 lg Bananas
1 c Chopped dates
2 c Rolled oats
1/3 cu up cooking oil
1 ts Vanilla extract

1 Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

2 In a large bowl, mash the bananas. Stir in oats, dates, oil and vanilla.
Mix well and allow to sit for 15 minutes.

3 Drop by teaspoonfuls onto an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake for 20 minutes
or until brown.
