Frozen Cinnamon Apple Pie (motts)

Ingrients & Directions


-CRUST-
1 1/2 c Granola
1/4 c Margarine or butter; melted

FILLING
1 qt Vanilla ice cream; softened
1 c Cinnamon Apple Sauce
1/4 c Chopped pecans
1/2 ts Cinnamon
Apple Slices; if desired
Whipped Cream

In medium bowl, combine crust ingredients; mix well. Press mixture firmly
in bottom and up sides of 8 or 9-inch pie pan. Refrigerate 15 minutes.

In medium bowl, combine ice cream, apple sauce, pecans and cinnamon. Spoon
ice cream mixture into prepared crust. Freeze until firm.

Garnish with apple slices and whipped cream.

Notes: Pantry: Mott’s Cinnamon Apple Sauce. This frozen ice cream pie is
great to have in the freezer for unexpected guests. Garnish with apple
slices and whipped cream.
