Chocolate Chess Pie

Ingrients & Directions


1 1/2 c Sugar
3 tb Cocoa
2 Eggs; beaten
1 cn Evaporated skim milk; (5
-ounce)
1/4 c Margarine; melted
1 ts Vanilla extract
1 Pie crust
Whipped cream

Combine sugar and cocoa in bowl; mix well. Add eggs, evaporated milk,
margarine and vanilla; mix well. Pour into un-baked pie shell. Bake
at 325 degrees for 45 minutes. Do not overbake. Cool. Garnish with
whipped topping just before serving.
