Buttermilk Fudge #2

Ingrients & Directions


2 c Sugar
1 ts Soda
3 tb White corn syrup
3 tb Butter
1 c Buttermilk
1 ts Vanilla
1 c Chopped pecans

Combine all ingredients except vanilla & nuts. Cook in heavy pan over low
heat until you can form a soft ball when dropped in cold water. Add vanilla
& nuts. Beat until thick & pour into buttered square pan. When firm, cut
into squares.
