Ingrients & Directions
3 Eggs
1 tb Vanilla
1 ts Soda
1 1/2 c Oil
3 c Plain flour
2 – bananas; ripe, mashed
3 c Sugar
1 ts Salt
1 sm Can crushed pineapple
Lemon juice
1/3 c Powdered sugar
Beat all ingredients together 4 minutes. Cook 1 hour in greased and floured
tube pan at 350 F. Glaze with 1/3 cup powdered sugar and add enough lemon
juice for right consistency to spread
NOTE: Makes a really moist cake.
