Aunt Christa’s Fresh Apple Cake

Ingrients & Directions


3/4 c Margarine (1 1/2 sticks) 1/2 ts Salt
2 c Sugar 2 c Sifted flour
2 lg Eggs 4 c Apples, finely chopped
2 ts Soda 1 c Nuts, chopped (optional)
2 ts Cinnamon

Cream margarine and sugar together until fluffy. Add eggs. Beat well.
Sift dry ingredients. Addto sugar mixture. Mix well Add apples and
nuts. Mix well until apples are disstributed and coated in batter.
Pour into a well greased and floured 13×9″ pan. Bake at 350 degrees
for 45 minutes to 1 hour. Serve with whipped cream or ice cream.
