Ingrients & Directions
3 Eggs 1 ts Baking Soda
1 1/2 c Oil 1 ts Cinnamon
2 c Sugar 1/4 ts Salt
2 ts Vanilla 3 c Diced Apples
3 c Sifted Flour 1 c Walnuts
Mix first four ingredients at high speed for 3 min. Add dry
ingredients slowly. Fold in Apples and Nuts, pour into a greased and
floured tube pan. Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
