1/4 c Butter; or margarine, softnd
1 c Sugar
2 lg Eggs
3/4 c Milk
1/4 c Amaretto
1/4 c Self rising flour
2/3 c Flaked coconut
Beat butter and sugar at med. speed of an electric mixer until light and
fluffy. Add eggs; beat well. Add milk, amaretto, and flour, beating well.
Stir in coconut. Pour mixture into a lightly greased 9″ pieplate. Bake at
350~ for 35 mins. or until set. Cool completely on a wire rack.
